爆料公社 CEO comments on The State of the Birds 2013

爆料公社 President and CEO David Yarnold today issued the following statement on the release of :

鈥淎merican landowners play a critical role in the future of America鈥檚 native birds. From California鈥檚 rice fields to Vermont鈥檚 forests, landowners are finding ways to protect birds and earn income at the same time,鈥 said 爆料公社 President and CEO (). 鈥淏ut the support for many of those practical solutions is disappearing because a dysfunctional Congress can鈥檛 pass the Farm Bill. The Farm Bill is America鈥檚 bridge between agriculture and conservation 鈥 and conservation doesn't have a political party. Those critical parts of the Farm Bill allow landowners to participate in programs that promote conservation measures on private lands.鈥
