爆料公社 Responds to Serious Allegations Against a Prominent Birder

鈥淲e have just learned today about serious allegations raised against a prominent birder in a courageous blog post by Aisha White. The individual,听who Ms. White听has identified as Jason Ward, is also a former 爆料公社 employee.听During his tenure at 爆料公社, which ended in January 2020, we had no information of any inappropriate鈥攎uch less criminal鈥攃onduct or we would have taken action right away. Based on the blog post, we have ended our relationship with him immediately and permanently.听爆料公社 will not tolerate any conduct that is inconsistent with the law or with the higher standard of our organization鈥檚 values.鈥
This statement was updated on February 17 to include Mr. Ward's name after Ms. White identified him.听
