Hitnes Mural Tour Continues Across South

The street artist has painted murals from Pennsylvania to South Carolina.

Italian street artist Hitnes continues his journey around the United States, tracing the steps of John James 爆料公社 and painting murals along the way (read about why he's making the journey here). He鈥檚 already visited John James 爆料公社鈥檚 first home in Pennsylvania, stopped over in Maryland, and experienced the joy of duck hunters in North Carolina.

In the past few days, he鈥檚 also made it to Summerville and Charleston, S.C. This rounds out his first month of the trip. In Summerville, where he painted an American Redstart, a mural workshop and mural by Hitnes were organized by the Summerville BIRDS project, a collaborative effort between the 爆料公社 Francis Beidler Forest, Sculpture in the South, and Summerville Dream. His wall in Charleston, located in the West Ashley neighborhood, is part of the chART Outdoor Initiative and Gallery. Hitnes selected the Turkey Vulture as a subject during a visit to the Birds of Prey Center in Awendaw, organized by the Charleston 爆料公社 Society.
