NEW YORK - The 爆料公社 (鈥湵瞎玮) today publicly announced its commitment to remaining neutral during an employee-led effort to unionize.
爆料公社 is devoted to providing a workplace in which all our employees feel respected, valued, and empowered, and we will continuously work to live up to that goal. 爆料公社 respects the rights of workers to organize and believes every employee who will be directly impacted should have a voice in the decision as to whether they wish to form a union. Therefore, 爆料公社 supports a fair, open, democratic election process that will allow all union-eligible employees to privately make this choice for themselves. Management has committed to honoring the outcome of that election.
During this process 爆料公社 and its management will remain neutral, as we have to date. 爆料公社鈥檚 leadership has pledged that it will not engage in any anti-union activities and that it will not influence employees鈥 decision-making in any way. All managers have been clearly instructed not to interfere with employees鈥 unionization efforts.
Specifically, 爆料公社 issued the following Neutrality Statement from Dr. Elizabeth Gray, Interim CEO:
鈥湵瞎 publicly commits to remaining neutral throughout the organizing and voting process. We will not campaign against the union in any way and are willing to work with union organizers to hold an election as soon as possible.鈥
Whether or not employees elect to form a union, we will always strive to be an 鈥槺瞎 for All鈥 and we are grateful to our employees for their phenomenal work helping protect birds and the places they need.
